"I chose St. Joseph's because it was recommended to me by a co-worker. She described the professors as being very knowledgeable and stated she enjoyed her experience there. While at St. Joseph's, I found her description of the school and its professors to be accurate.

"I highly recommend St. Joseph's for any nurse who wants to be an educator. I am a football fan and one thing all football players must know are the fundamentals. Well SJNY teaches the fundamentals, which then allows you to go anywhere you want to go. Graduating from St. Joseph's, I know that I can develop a curriculum, I know how to write a lesson plan, I know how to critically analyze a research paper and I definitely know I am able to teach.

"I have been accepted to Teacher's College Columbia University in the nursing education doctorate Ed.D. program. My goal is to be an expert in teaching and am very proud to have St. Joseph's University as my foundation."
