Brooklyn Voices Presents Bestselling Author David Mitchell

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – September 10, 2014 - St. Joseph’s College (SJC), in partnership with Greenlight Bookstore, is pleased to announce that it will welcome literary giant David Mitchell to discuss his latest book The Bone Clocks as part of its fall Brooklyn Voices Lecture Series on Tuesday, September 16 at 7:30 p.m. in the Tuohy Hall Auditorium located on SJC’s Brooklyn Campus.

"David Mitchell is one of the most celebrated literary authors in the world, and an enormous favorite of ours at Greenlight,” said Jessica Stockton Bagnulo, co-owner of the Greenlight Bookstore. “We’re thrilled to be able to experience his genius in St. Joseph's beautiful spaces — The Bone Clocks is one of the most anticipated novels of the year, and we can't wait for readers to be able to enjoy it, and David's excellent company, at this event."

David Mitchell is the internationally bestselling author of Cloud Atlas, which was made into a major motion picture and The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet, which he presented at Greenlight Bookstore in summer 2010. His highly anticipated new novel The Bone Clocks is a stunning epic spanning 60 years that will thrill and entertain its readers while asking profound questions about mortality, legacy and the future of the world.
