In an emotional reaction to the rise of hate crimes after the 2016 election, an installation/sculpture series representative of human connections. Tomo Mori chooses ropes as a symbol, using discarded fabrics as the material and weaving them by hand, as they are universal and ancient. They belong to all cultures, and no one exclusively owns them.
Two site-specific installations 15 feet wide x 5-7 feet high and several mid-size works.
