On Friday the 13th, SJC is hosting "Not So Scary Foods," a collection of foods that you will see more of in the future. From bugs to molecular gastronomy, we want to show you a whole new world of edible delights. They may be creepy crawlers to you, but they are meat and potatoes to more than 80 percent of the world.
