7:30pm
Tuohy Hall Auditorium

St. Joseph’s College, in partnership with Greenlight Bookstore, is pleased to announce that it will welcome author Hanya Yanagihara to discuss her latest work, A Little Life, in conversation with Isaac Fitzgerald. This event, the second in the spring 2016 Brooklyn Voices series, will take place on Thursday, January 28.

Hanya Yanagihara’s beloved novel A Little Life took the literary world by storm in 2015: included in many top “best of the year” lists, the novel won the Kirkus Prize and was a shortlist finalist for the Man Booker Prize, the National Book Award and the Carnegie Medal. SJC is proud to host the launch of the paperback edition of the book as part of our Brooklyn Voices series. Yanagihara speaks onstage with Isaac Fitzgerald of Buzzfeed, who has called A Little Life “A modern-day epic.” Book signing to follow.

The event starts at 7:30 p.m. in SJC Brooklyn’s Tuohy Hall Auditorium. Tickets are $17 and include a copy of the book.
