SJC Drama Society Presents “The Diary of Anne Frank”

PATCHOGUE, NY OCTOBER 14, 2010 The St. Josephs College Drama Society is pleased to announce its fall 2010 production, "The Diary of Anne Frank, by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett. Performances will take place November 19 and 20 at 8 p.m. and November 21 at 2 p.m. in the DEcclesiis Auditorium on the Colleges Long Island Campus.

Student members of the SJC Drama Society will present this classic account of a German-Jewish teenage girl forced into hiding during World War. Using her own words, "The Diary of Anne Frank chronicles the young girls heart-warming, yet tragic story.

"Our production of Goodrich and Hackett's "The Diary of Anne Frank is more than just a play to us it is a message about having hope when the world around you is falling apart, said William Gonyou 10, production director. "Anne's message has touched the cast and crew in so many ways that we want nothing more than to pass her message along to viewers.
