St. Joseph's University, New York is committed to promoting civic engagement at the local, city, regional, state and national levels. St. Joseph’s continually seeks out meaningful ways to work with our neighbors and local community to further enhance the area’s quality of life. Actively involved in both locales, the University works closely with New York City and Long Island officials and agencies, community organizations, business associations, social service providers and other local government groups and individuals on issues of mutual interest to the University and its surrounding communities.
