Brooklyn Bears Nomination Form

Submission Deadline: August 1, 2026

Nomination forms must be received by the deadline for the induction year. If your nominee is not selected, you may submit a nomination again in a future cycle. The Brooklyn Bears Hall of Fame Committee will review all submissions. Inductees will be notified verbally and in writing.

Please provide as much detail as possible. The Committee may conduct additional research as needed. Self-nominations are not permitted.
