Nominations are open! The Office of Alumni Engagement and the Department of Athletics invite you to help identify deserving individuals and teams for induction into the St. Joseph's University Brooklyn Bears Athletic Hall of Fame.

About

Established to honor former student-athletes, coaches, teams, and friends of St. Joseph’s University, the Brooklyn Bears Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes those who made significant contributions to SJNY Athletics and who continue to exemplify sportsmanship, integrity, and leadership in their communities and professions.

Individuals and teams are eligible for induction. Inductees’ names and photos will be displayed on a permanent Hall of Fame display located on the Brooklyn Campus.

Nomination Process

We welcome nominations from alumni, friends, and supporters of the University. Please review the induction guidelines below and complete the online nomination form to submit a candidate.

Voting Procedures

To be inducted, a nominee must receive 70% approval from the Hall of Fame Committee. Nominees who do not meet the 70% threshold will remain in the candidate pool for future consideration. If a nomination does not meet the criteria outlined in the induction guidelines, the Committee may remove the nominee from consideration.
