The Director of Enrollment Systems and Operations will serve as the primary administrator of the University’s CRM (Slate), with a focus on data integrity and best practices, and will seek improvement opportunities on a regular basis. The Director is also responsible for managing the overall business processes and operations throughout Admissions. The Director provides leadership and training to the processing/administrative staff throughout the division.
A primary goal for this full-time role is to provide prospective students with a high quality, seamless and timely experience from inquiry through enrollment, while also supporting all internal and campus-wide stakeholders involved in the admissions, recruitment and enrollment process. Additionally, the Director is responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the CRM and ensures that all admissions, recruitment and enrollment functions are fully supported. Furthermore, this role serves as the lead in integrating the CRM with the University’s SIS and other external systems. In this leadership position, the Director will also provide training and oversight for system users and regularly implement procedures to enhance recruitment and admissions functions supported by the CRM.

Failure to provide outstanding customer service could result in establishing an unwelcoming atmosphere for prospective students and their families thus creating a poor image of the University as a whole. Providing inaccurate information could negatively impact a student who is seeking admission to the University. Failure to carry out these important aspects of this position could negatively impact the University’s image and hence our recruitment efforts.
Minimal. This position is a leadership role within the Admissions/Enrollment Management office. This position must be able to independently carry out job responsibilities with minimal oversight.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $110,000.
