Bio

Dr. ToniAnn Cestare is a passionate marketing scholar and educator with over 20 years of strategic marketing experience across diverse industries, including licensing, franchising, consumer goods, and hospitality. She holds a Doctor of Professional Studies in Marketing from Pace University, a Master of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Marketing and Management from Stetson University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from LIU Post, where she double majored in Marketing and Management.

Dr. Cestare teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at St. Joseph’s University, with previous faculty appointments at Wagner College and the University of Phoenix. Her research examines consumer attitudes, group dynamics, the influence of digital marketing, and how brands shape buyer behavior. Her work on brand evangelism within social communities has been published in the Journal of Marketing Development and Competitiveness. As an active member of the American Marketing Association and Beta Gamma Sigma, she remains engaged with the marketing community to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and best practices.

Beyond academia, Dr. Cestare has served as a marketing executive leading high-impact initiatives for global brands such as Under Armour and Crocs Eyewear. Her expertise in branding and integrated marketing strategy has driven measurable sales growth and strengthened brand engagement worldwide.

Through her combination of academic rigor and industry experience, Dr. Cestare brings a practical, application-driven perspective to her teaching, helping students bridge the gap between marketing theory and practice.
