Bio

Kerry Ann Conde, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA, joined the St. Joseph's University, New York faculty in 2019. Dr. Conde is  a proud alumna of SJNY, and serves as the Director and Program Coordinator of the ABA graduate programs in the Department of Child Study. She teaches with the ABA graduate programs and undergraduate courses in Child Study. Dr. Conde also serves on the University Advisory Council (UAC), D.J. Schiulaz Memorial Scholarship Committee, and as the Annual ABA Conference Co-Chair. 

Dr. Conde serves as the Social Media Coordinator for the Association for Science in Autism Treatment (ASAT) and as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for Panhandle Behavioral Services, LLC. She also co-founded and served as Clinical Advisor at Behavior Science Technology until 2024 where she co-developed an AI-enhanced clinical decision support system (patent approved). 

Dr. Conde's 20-year career in the field of behavior analysis began as a Behavior Technician before it was called that. She attended Florida State University for her Master’s in ABA, earned her Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis under the advisement of Dr. Amanda Karsten at Western New England University, and completed her pre- and postdoctoral internships through Trumpet Behavioral Health in Colorado and Arizona under the direction of Dr. Linda LeBlanc. Kerry Ann has served as a guest reviewer for some of the top peer-reviewed behavior analytic journals and has co-authored several projects.  

Scholarly & Professional Interests

Dr. Conde's research interests focus on effective skill acquisition practices, staff and parent training, treatment integrity, behavior analytic supervision, clinical-decision making, and electronic data collection systems.
