Bio

Dr. Andrew Rogers is an assistant teaching professor in the Department of Business Administration and Accounting. Before joining St. Joseph’s University, New York, he spent more than 25 years in the human resources field, primarily as a recruiter in both agency and corporate environments. He earned his doctorate in business administration from Argosy University. His dissertation, which examined the impact of social networking sites on contingency headhunters, allowed him to connect textbook theory with professional practice and communicate these concepts to a broader audience.

Committed to guiding the next generation of business leaders, Dr. Rogers brings a wealth of corporate experience to the classroom. He teaches a wide range of undergraduate and graduate business courses and is deeply involved in instructional design. He also conducts innovative research that translates theory into practice and contributes to the evolving understanding of business.
