Important Information & Next Steps

We are thrilled that you'll be joining us at St. Joseph's University, New York. You are well on your way to becoming a Golden Eagle!

Review the information below to make sure you have everything you need to get started as Golden Eagle right!

Technology

Establish your MySJNY portal and email account.

Review the Tech Resource sheet from our Information Technology Services Office and establish your log-in for your MySJNY portal and St. Joseph's student email account, if you have not already done so. NOTE: This is necessary in order for you to receive important email messages as a St. Joseph's student. It also permits you access to links which you will need to view your schedule and complete some of the other items on this checklist. After setting up your portal, review the instructions on how to set up your SJNY email on your mobile device. Questions about your accessing your portal or email account can be forwarded to [email protected].

Obtain your mobile SJNY ID Card.

St. Joe’s uses a mobile ID instead of a physical card! You will be able to enter campus facilities, use printers/copiers, check our materials from the library, and check in for events using your digital wallet on your iPhone, Apple Watch, or eligible Android phone.

All students, including SJNY Online students, can receive a OneCard Student ID.
