"The great five-year MBA program for accounting and that was a huge factor in selecting SJC. I was also very interested in the quaint and small campus feel. I was eager to get involved both academically and socially, and SJC just felt right!

"Right after graduation, I started at Deloitte. I have been at Deloitte for almost five years and I must say, my experiences at St. Joseph's University were an amazing platform for me to build upon. When I took the CPA, I felt prepared and familiar with the material based on my academic studies at SJC which was a great help.

"I was president of the Accounting & Business Club which was an awesome experience. We went on great trips such as going to the NASDAQ opening bell ceremony, visiting the finance museum in NYC, and attending the business leadership conference at Six Flags. Some of my favorite memories were from the Accounting & Business Club.

"My mom has been by biggest influence and a wonderful role model. Later in life, she went back to school and completed her degree. Professionally she worked her way up to vice president of a well known pharmaceutical company. She has always done a phenomenal job of juggling between family and professional responsibilities and I look up to her for that. She has taught me that hard work and perseverance will bring great success."
